この規約は、Wayui MobilIT 合同会社（以下「当社」）が提供する「DueFlow」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めます。本アプリを利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
本アプリが表示する「使えるお金」や支払い予定・合計額は、利用者が入力した情報に基づく目安（試算）です。実際の残高・請求額・引き落とし日を保証するものではありません。
本アプリは家計管理の補助ツールであり、投資・融資・税務などの助言を行うものではありません。重要な判断は、金融機関の明細や専門家の助言をご確認ください。
入力内容の正確性、端末とバックアップファイルの管理は利用者の責任とします。
法令に違反する行為、本アプリの解析・改変・再配布、その他当社が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。
当社は、本アプリの利用または利用できないことにより生じた損害について、当社に故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
当社は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を終了することがあります。
本アプリに表示される会社名・サービス名・ロゴは各社の商標または登録商標です。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本アプリに関する紛争は当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms govern your use of “DueFlow” (“the App”) provided by Wayui MobilIT 合同会社 (“we”). By using the App you agree to them.
“Free to spend”, upcoming payments and totals are estimates based on what you entered. They do not guarantee actual balances, bills or debit dates.
The App is a budgeting aid and does not give investment, lending or tax advice. Check your bank statements or a professional for important decisions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for keeping your device and backup files safe.
Illegal use, reverse engineering, modification or redistribution of the App, and other conduct we deem inappropriate.
Except for our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the App.
We may change or discontinue the App without prior notice.
Company names, service names and logos shown in the App are trademarks or registered trademarks of their owners.
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The court with jurisdiction over our registered office has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
