Wayui Kintai System is a business attendance management app provided by Wayui Mobilit LLC for employees of subscribing organizations. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how that information is used, and what choices users have.
If any statement below conflicts with your organization's customer contract or internal employment policy, update this page to match your actual operational practice before publishing.
1. Information We Handle
- Account and organization information, such as company code, name, email address, role, and secure session token
- Attendance information, such as clock in, clock out, break start, break end, daily logs, and monthly summary records
- Local app preferences, such as language, theme, and reminder settings
- Local notification reminder settings, such as reminder time and recurrence
The audited release does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, attribution SDKs, or third-party tracking SDKs.
2. How Information Is Obtained
- You or your organization provide account information needed to sign in
- You enter your company code, email address, and password to authenticate
- The app retrieves your profile and attendance records from the Wayui Kintai backend over HTTPS
- The app stores certain settings locally on your device for convenience and app functionality
3. How We Use Information
- To authenticate users and maintain a signed-in session
- To display the correct employee profile and attendance dashboard
- To record and display attendance actions such as clock in, clock out, break start, and break end
- To provide daily and monthly attendance summaries
- To store your app preferences locally on your device
- To schedule local reminder notifications on your device if you enable reminder settings
4. Local Reminder Notifications
The app includes optional reminder notifications to help users remember attendance actions.
- These are local notifications generated on the device
- Reminder preferences are saved locally on the device
- They are not scheduled by the server in the audited app code
- No push notification token is collected in the audited app code
5. Information Stored on Your Device
- A secure authentication token stored using platform secure storage
- Optional remembered login fields such as company code and email address if you enable the remember option
- Local UI preferences such as language and theme
- Local reminder settings and schedules for reminder notifications
The audited app code does not store your password locally.
6. Information Sent Off Device
The app sends information to the Wayui Kintai backend for core app functionality, including company code, email address, password at sign-in, secure session token after sign-in, attendance punch actions, and requests for profile and attendance records.
Backend retention, administrative access, and downstream processor usage depend on your actual server and business operations. Update this page if you want to describe those details in more depth.
7. Third-Party Services and SDKs
The app uses Flutter platform libraries and mobile plugins for secure local storage, shared preferences, local notifications, local timezone resolution, package version display, and opening website links in the system browser.
The audited app code does not include Firebase, Crashlytics, Google Analytics, ad networks, attribution SDKs, or cross-app tracking SDKs.
8. Tracking
Based on the audited code, the app is not used for cross-app tracking and does not include advertising or attribution SDKs for tracking.
9. Security
The app uses HTTPS for its configured backend API endpoint and stores the authentication token using platform secure storage.
10. Retention
Locally stored preferences and reminder settings remain on the device until they are changed, removed, or the app is deleted.
Server-side retention of account and attendance records depends on your organization's deployment and retention policies. Update this page if you want to state a specific retention period.
11. Your Choices and Requests
- Change app language or theme in the Settings screen
- Enable or disable local reminder notifications
- Remove remembered login information by turning off the remember option or signing out
- Manage notification permissions in iOS Settings
For requests to access, correct, delete, or export account or attendance data, users should contact their organization administrator or the support contact listed below, because the app does not include a self-service privacy portal.
12. Children's Privacy
This app is intended for workforce attendance use by employees of subscribing organizations and is not directed to children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version should be posted at the same public URL used for App Store submission.
