DueFlow サポート
はじめに
DueFlowは支払い予定と残高を手入力で管理するアプリです。銀行やカードへの接続、支払いの実行は行いません。設定で日本語・英語・シンハラ語を選べます。
支払いの追加
下部メニューの「追加」から種類を選び、名前・金額・次回の支払い日を入力して保存します。残高や給料日は設定から見直せます。
通知が届かないとき
iPhoneまたはiPadの「設定」からDueFlowの通知を許可し、アプリ内のリマインダー設定と各支払いの通知設定を確認してください。集中モードなど端末側の設定も確認してください。
バックアップと復元
DueFlowの設定からバックアップを書き出し、ファイルアプリなどに保存してください。復元すると現在のデータが置き換わるため、先に現在のバックアップも保存してください。アプリを削除する前に必ずバックアップを確認してください。
アイコンとプライバシー
サービスアイコンの取得は初期設定で有効です。設定からオフにできます。入力した支払い・残高データを当社へ送信することはありません。
お問い合わせ
動作の状況、端末の機種、iOSのバージョン、DueFlowのバージョンをお知らせください。銀行口座番号、カード番号、暗証番号やバックアップファイルは送らないでください。

Getting started
DueFlow plans bills using balances and payments you enter manually. It does not connect to banks or cards or make payments. Choose Japanese, English or Sinhala in Settings.
Add a payment
Tap Add in the bottom menu, choose a payment type, then enter a name, amount and next payment date and save. Review balances and payday in Settings.
Missing reminders
Allow DueFlow notifications in your iPhone or iPad Settings. Check reminder settings in DueFlow and for the payment itself. Also check device settings such as Focus.
Backup and restore
Export a backup from DueFlow Settings and save it somewhere safe, such as Files. Restoring replaces current data, so export your current backup first. Verify your backup before deleting the app.
Icons and privacy
Service icon downloads are enabled by default and can be turned off in Settings. Your entered bills and balances are not sent to our servers.
Contact support
Describe what happened and include your device model, iOS version and DueFlow version. Do not send bank account numbers, card numbers, PINs or backup files.
